IDLC CHQ Project
Commencing on a Journey back in 1985, IDLC is now the largest Non-Banking Financial Institution in the country.
IDLC, the largest Non-Banking Financial Institution in Bangladesh, has embarked on the development of its Corporate Headquarters in the Tejgaon Industrial Area.
Following a competitive design selection process in July 2024, CHB Engineering Limited was appointed as the designated façade vendor. The building’s design embodies growth, economic confidence, and timeless stability, aligning with LEED Platinum standards by strategically responding to climatic conditions.
Envisioned as an iconic structure, the headquarters will house multiple commercial functions, office spaces, and recreational areas under one roof. Its interior features an open floor plan with a north-core layout, maximizing natural light and connectivity.
To bring this vision to life, Shanta Holdings Ltd was selected in November 2022 as the construction partner, contributing to Dhaka’s evolving skyline.
