Currently, I am managing 7 projects, with 3 projects nearing completion and another 5 projects in the planning phase, totalling approximately 952,911 square feet.

A multi-purpose office and hotel complex featuring two independent 20-story towers connected by a rooftop sky bridge, with a built-up area of approximately 3,500 sqm. Located in Purbachal New Town, Dhaka.

Awarded project located on Gulshan North Avenue, currently in the planning stage. Scheduled to commence glass façade work in January 2025.

Commencing on a Journey back in 1985, IDLC is now the largest Non-Banking Financial Institution in the country.
