Mirai by Nirman

Mirai by Nirman is a 138 m (453 ft), 30-storey commercial high-rise in Tejgaon, Dhaka, near Hatirjheel Lake. Developed by Nirman International and designed by Finnish firm ARCO, it features a LEED-Gold double-glazed façade built using BIM. Set for completion in summer 2027, it will be among Dhaka’s tallest buildings.

I am thrilled to share that I have joined Mirai by Nirman as Deputy Manager – Façade. It is an honor to be part of a project that is shaping the future skyline of Dhaka.

Mirai — aptly named after the Japanese word for future — is a 138-metre, 30-storey commercial high-rise in Tejgaon, designed by the Finnish firm ARCO Architecture Company and developed by Nirman International. The tower features:

A high-performance double-glazed unitized façade system
Green rooftop gardens
Rooftop pool & terrace
Smart building amenities
A sustainable design targeting LEED-Gold certification

Project Information:

Mirai by Nirman is a 138 m (453 ft) 30-storey commercial high-rise building under construction in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The building is located in Tejgaon Industrial Area, adjacent to Hatirjheel Lake and is being developed by Dhaka-based Bangladeshi real estate firm Nirman International. Slated for completion in the summer of 2027, Mirai is expected to be among the tallest buildings in the city. Finnish architecture firm ARCO has designed the high-rise. The tower block is LEED Gold certified and will utilise a double-glazed façade for efficiency. It is being constructed using the building information modelling method.
